Day off baking studio 於2013年成立Facebook粉絲團, 剛開始只是我在金融業工作之餘的小小興趣, 把為朋友做的翻糖蛋糕照片放在網路上與大家分享, 沒想到反應相當熱烈, 受到各方朋友的支持與鼓勵, 讓我更有動力繼續鑽研翻糖與糖花藝術, 周遊列國拜師學藝, 其實我與蛋糕的緣分來得很早, 可以從我的4歲生日蛋糕說起, 那是當時很紅的"花旗藝術蛋糕", 造型是一個大大的洋娃娃的臉, 相當可愛, 這麼多年了, 我還記得當時看到蛋糕的那種驚喜, 開心地想把蛋糕戴在頭上愛現XD, 從此蛋糕對我來說就不只是食物, 而是一個禮物, 這個禮物或許不能保存很久, 但是收到蛋糕時的喜悅, 可以保存很久很久, 就是這樣的理念, 我在2014年正式成立"木子蛋糕工作室", 希望能用最新鮮單純的原料製作Homemade style的手工蛋糕, 並用翻糖與糖花做出令人驚艷難忘的造型, 我的目標是讓每個收到"木子蛋糕工作室" 蛋糕的朋友都成為眾人羨慕的對象, 並且在多年後仍然記得木子蛋糕在特別的日子為您帶來特別難忘的回憶 :) 
 
As of the launch in 2013, Day Off Baking Studio was only a Facebook fan-page showing pictures of cake works that Jade made on her days off. It didn’t take long before she got people’s attention. More and more people followed her fan-page and were amazed by her delicate cake works. In 2014, in order to follow her true passion, Jade decided to fully dedicate herself to cake career. Now although keeping its name as Day Off Baking Studio, it makes tasty cakes with fresh and high-quality ingredients everyday. Our goal is to make cakes unforgettable and make your special day even more special.
